Billing & Payment Terms

Billing Frequency: All memberships are billed weekly on a recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the day you complete your first payment.

Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and AU Direct Debit (BECS). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Direct Debit Processing: AU Direct Debit (BECS) payments may take 2-3 business days to process. Your membership access begins immediately upon successful payment authorization.

Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each week unless you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle.

Failed Payments & Retries

Retry Schedule: If a payment fails, we will automatically retry the charge according to Stripe's smart retry logic. You will receive email notifications for each failed attempt.

Account Suspension: After 2 consecutive missed payments, your account access will be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.

Updating Payment Methods: You can update your payment method anytime through the Customer Billing Portal to prevent service interruption.

Reactivation: Once payment is successfully processed, your account will be automatically reactivated within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your membership at any time through the Customer Billing Portal. No questions asked.

Access Period: When you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.

No Partial Refunds: Cancellations do not result in refunds for the current billing period. Your membership remains active until the period ends.

Pause Option: If you need a temporary break, you can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks through the billing portal (available for members in good standing).

Refund Policy

No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. This includes partial weeks.

Exceptions: Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:

  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability due to technical issues on our end
  • Circumstances required by Australian Consumer Law

Dispute Resolution: If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at z3k.performance@gmail.com with your order details.

Service Terms

Membership Benefits: Your tier (Base or Elite) determines your access level to coaching, programs, and support services as outlined on the pricing page.

Compliance Requirements: To maintain active membership status, you must:

  • Complete weekly check-ins as required by your tier
  • Maintain payment in good standing
  • Follow program guidelines and community standards

Termination Rights: We reserve the right to terminate memberships for violations of terms, non-compliance, or abusive behavior.

Privacy & Data Protection

Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, email, phone, payment details) necessary to provide our services and process payments.

Payment Security: All payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card or bank account details on our servers.

Data Usage: Your information is used solely for:

  • Delivering coaching services and programs
  • Processing payments and sending receipts
  • Communicating important account updates
  • Improving our services

Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide services (e.g., Stripe for payment processing).

Limitation of Liability

Health & Safety: Our coaching programs are designed for healthy individuals. Consult a physician before starting any new training or nutrition program.

Results Disclaimer: Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our coaching programs.

Service Availability: While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services supplied again if the services fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
